Традиции Номадизма Как Капитал Модернизации: Опыт Антрополого-Экономического Исследования (На Примере Казахстана)

Abstract

Статья посвящена малоизученной проблеме использования традиций в сфере управления модернизационными процессами. Приводятся примеры опоры на традиции номадизма (кочевничества) в практике управления Казахстаном, в частности, при заселении новой столицы Астаны. Автор рассматривает границы использования в социально-экономической жизни Казахстана иностранных заимствований, включая и, казалось бы, близкие этой республике традиции стран Востока. Вместе с тем и модернизационный потенциал традиций ограничен: он работает только на старте модернизации.
