Конкуренция И Неконкурентность: Две Стороны Одной Медали

Abstract

Статья представляет собой развернутый комментарий к публикации Ричарда Т. Эли «Конкуренция: ее природа, постоянство и благотворность», отражающей полемику в научной среде Европы и США в начале XX в. В данной статье предлагается точка зрения на конкурентное поведение, относительно которой мнения обеих сторон идеологического конфликта сторонников и противников конкурентной идеологии становятся непротиворечивыми. С учетом достижений социальной психологии и социологии XX в. вводится понятие неконкурентности как свойства психологически рационального поведения. Показано влияние роста межличностной конкуренции на нарушение соглашений и снижение их эффективности, что способствует положительному восприятию только той конкуренции, которая не выходит за институциональные рамки. Обосновывается эффективность рыночного конкурентного механизма как фактора снижения трансакционных издержек адаптации.
