Бюджетирование На Результат В Региональной Сфере Образования

Abstract

Одним из наиболее важных инструментов повышения результативности и эффективности бюджетных расходов является бюджетирование, ориентированное на результат. При этом в качестве основных его характеристик можно выделить: определенный социальноэкономический эффект от предоставления бюджетных услуг, а также деятельности государства, мониторинг, контроль за достижением намеченных целей, обеспечение эффективности бюджетного планирования и управления. В рамках бюджетирования бюджетные ассигнования должны распределяться в зависимости от достижения конкретных общественно значимых целей и в соответствии с приоритетами государственной политики.
