Abstract

Теория выступает основной формой систематизации знаний в любой области исследования и имеет определенную структуру и элементную базу. Изучения состава теории планирования показало о слабой проработке этого вопроса в современной литературе. Это объясняется почти десятилетним отказом от рассмотрения и развития проблемы планирования в связи с приходом рыночных отношений в экономику России.
