Abstract

Современная эпоха привнесла существенные коррективы в процесс государственной власти и управления. Очевидно, что современная Россия сильно нуждается в серьезных реформах. Таким образом, концепция нового государственного управления особенно важна. В России важность концепции нового государственного управления определяется по поиску адекватных подходов, направленных на совершенствование государственного управления, а также внедрению рыночных механизмов в государственные и муниципальные структуры администрации.
