Доктрина Продовольственной Безопасности Российской Федерации: Оценка Экспертов

Abstract

В России в 2010 г. принята Доктрина продовольственной безопасности. Мало кто знает об этом. Еще меньше — о содержании документа, его основных идеях и контексте их формирования. Для российского образованного человека правилом хорошего тона считается уничижительное отношение к новациям власти. Но Доктрина формирует пространство возможностей, в которых будут отстраивать стратегии конкретные участники рынка — производители сырья, переработчики, экспортеры, импортеры. И потребители будут жить и, простите за тавтологию, потреблять, в этих реалиях. Попробуем разобраться, как меняется (и меняется ли) аграрная политика страны в связи с принятием Доктрины продовольственной безопасности. С этой целью мы опросили экспертов — бизнесменов, аграрных политиков, ученых.
