Abstract

В современных условиях в России возрастает число организаций, применяющих в качестве оценки деятельности сотрудников компетентностный поход. Компании стремятся разработать такую модель компетенций, которая будет не только эффективно оценивать работу, но и отвечать современным тенденциям рынка. Однако для российских организаций это новшество влечет за собой ряд особенностей и последствий. В статье представлен сравнительный анализ особенностей структуры российских и зарубежных компаний, что отражается на создании моделей ключевых компетенций.
