Экономическая Оценка Организационно-Правовых Форм Предприятий И Оценка Их Эффективности

Abstract

Классификация организационных форм предприятий, мелких хозяйств и объединений в сельскохозяйственной сфере АПК имеет сложный и многоуровневый вид. По отношению к рынку они подразделяются на товарные и натуральные (потребительские), по размерам на относительно мелкие, средние и крупные. По соотношению собственников и трудового персонала выделяют три группы предприятий: в одних круг этих лиц полностью не совпадает, в других частично совпадает, в третьих работники (за исключением привлекаемых временно и сезонно) являются собственниками.
