Abstract

В статье авторы исследуют особенности регионального права Российской Федерации, выявляют его место в правовой системе страны, определяют систему регулируемых им общественных отношений. В статье предлагается дополнить федеральную законодательную базу государственного регулирования территориального развития России конкретным содержанием с учетом опыта стран с развитой системой федеративных отношений. Проанализировав основные нормативно-правовые акты регионального развития, принятые на федеральном уровне после создания федеральных округов, авторы статьи приходят к выводу о необходимости их содержательной доработки, а затем в полном объеме выполнения содержащихся в них норм как федеральным центром, так и регионами.
