Abstract

Экономическая политика России и конкуренция: есть ли точки соприкосновения? В статье представлен краткий обзор этапов современной экономической политики России и анализ нормативных документов и проектов программ развития в области экономической политики. Автор задаётся вопросом, способствует или препятствует экономическая политика России реализации конкурентных начал в экономике. Задача экономической политики на современном этапе развития рыночных отношений видится автору в нейтрализации неравных условий конкуренции, доставшихся российской экономике от административного прошлого либо созданных стратегическими усилиями фирм на основе прошлого неравного наследства. Вместе с тем, отмечается необходимость принятия нехарактерных для других стран с развитыми рыночными отношениями мер по поддержке конкуренции.
