Методы Формирования Полиструктурных Социально-Экономических Систем

Abstract

Рассматривая методы создания полиструктурных социально-экономических систем, можно отметить, что наиболее часто используются такие как: интеграция, реструктуризация, приватизация, аутсорсинг, партнерства организаций разных отраслей, сетевые структуры, виртуальные организации и др. Повышению гибкости служит реструктуризация, в ходе которой используется то, что находится под рукой, старые активы перебрасываются на выполнение других задач, ресурсы рекомбинируются как внутри организации, так и поверх организационных границ. В результате агрегирования и рекомбинации уже существующих организационных блоков воздвигаются поистине новые структуры и процессы.
