Abstract

Природно-климатические условия большей части России в холодный период года, обуславливают возникновение потребности в тепле, которую жители в самой значительной степени удовлетворяют посредством централизованных систем теплоснабжения, использующих, как правило, не возобновляемые источники энергии. То, что их цена постоянно растет, а запасы ископаемого топлива истощаются, пока, не является достаточным аргументом рационализации энергопотребления на Российском экономическом пространстве. Можно сказать, что объективная потребность в энергосберегающих технологиях существует, а вот субъективной потребности в российском обществе пока нет.
