Формирование И Самодостаточность Доходного Обеспечения Муниципальных Бюджетов

Abstract

В статье изложена авторская аргументированная позиция по вопросам формирования и самодостаточности доходного обеспечения муниципальных бюджетов. Рассмотрены вопросы эффективного и рационального расходования финансово-бюджетных средств, обоснована необходимость привлечения частного капитала в инвестиционные проекты реализуемые в муниципальных образованиях. Выделена специфика дотационности на разных этапах развития местной экономики. Представлены взгляды по проблематике оптимальности децентрализации полномочий местных органов власти в рамках концепции необходимости устойчивого развития.
