Abstract

На современном этапе становления рыночных отношений в России одной из приоритетных задач государственной политики должно стать развитие малого предпринимательства как наиболее гибкой динамичной и легкоадаптируемой к конъюнктурным колебаниям рынка формы бизнеса. Важное звено в решении этой задачи — правильно построенная налоговая система, которая должна не только обеспечивать денежными ресурсами потребности государства, но и оказывать стимулирующее воздействие на малые предприятия через повышение финансовых результатов их деятельности.
