Abstract

Эффективное функционирование рекреационной сферы в условиях рыночных отношений ориентирует предприятия на разработку мероприятий по совершенствованию управления персоналом. С позиции управления персоналом методология управления трудовой деятельностью должна быть направлена на мотивацию сотрудников, так как от человеческого потенциала зависит результат деятельности рекреационного предприятия.
