Abstract

Авторами проведен мониторинг состояния малого предпринимательства в КБР, сложившегося в результате трансформационных процессов (рыночных преобразований и спада производства) и оценки перспективных возможностей его развития в общем контексте оживления экономики России. Затем идет блок разработки организационно-экономических инструментов развития малого предпринимательства в регионе, включающий методы его государственного регулирования и организационно-институциональной поддержки, а также вычленяется социально-этическая компонента в системе ценностных ориентации предпринимательства.
