Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу механизма и тенденций институциональной трансформации современных бизнес-процессов микрои мезоуровней, связанных с формированием и реализацией человеческого потенциала. Автор приходит к выводу об объективном характере текущей институциональной трансформации бизнес-процессов в направлении развития человеческого потенциала. Выделены основные области институциональных изменений.
