Abstract

Расширение и углубление процессов регионализации и стратификации народного хозяйства, усиление конкуренции на внутренних и мировых рынках определяет принципиальную значимость концентрации усилий и воздействий органов регионального управления на инновационных факторах и параметрах инвестиционной динамики и обретении, в соответствии с этим, нового качества инвестиционного потенциала территории. Это означает прицельную организацию инвестиционной деятельности в границах региональной экономики на преимущественном стимулировании через инвестиции разработки и осуществления инновационных проектов в составе приоритетов социально-экономического развития каждой отдельной территории, что может явиться одним из способов обеспечения устойчивого сбалансированного роста экономики России в целом.
