Abstract

Отдельного подхода в исследовании и регулировании требует такой сегмент рынка труда как рынок молодежи (категория от 16 до 29 лет). Исходя из того, что рынок труда охватывает сферу совокупного спроса и предложения наемного труда, и как экономическая категория может быть определен как та часть системы трудовых отношений, которая складывается на стоимостной основе между работодателями и наемными работниками по поводу удовлетворения спроса первых на рабочую силу и потребности вторых в реализации ее способностей к труду, следует указать, что рынок молодежного труда (рынок труда молодежи) следует рассматривать в широком и узком смысле слова.
