Abstract

В статье дан анализ опыта реализации на Северном Кавказе различных стратегий региональной экономической политики, представлены основные особенности институциональной среды экономики региона, факторы и причины, тормозящие процессы модернизации на Северном Кавказе, предложены альтернативные стратегии региональной экономической политики модернизации Северного Кавказа, ключевой из которых является, по мнению автора, капитализация территориальных ресурсов.
