Abstract

Диспропорциональность в функционировании и развитии экономики различных регионов есть объективная тенденция динамики пространственно-консолидируемой системы хозяйствования. Формирование эффективно функционирующей модели бюджетного трансфертизма является основой построения рациональной системы экономических отношений между федеральным центром и регионами, поскольку он оптимизирует систему налогообложения в аспекте перераспределения финансовых ресурсов между экономически развитыми и экономически слабыми регионами.
