Состояние Фрустрации В Системе Современных Рыночных Отношений

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме отсутствия адекватной оценки проходящих процессов как в мировой экономике, так и на национальных рынках. Главной причиной этой экономической фрустрации, по мнению автора, выступает неспособность основных финансовых регуляторов учесть все риски в условиях глобальной экономики, которые в наше время больше определяются неформальными «экстерналиями» рынка (доверием правительствам, публичностью бизнеса, инициативностью граждан), нежели «провалами» на уровне привычных формальных механизмов контроля (достаточность ликвидности, собираемость налогов, социальный оптимум).
