Инновационная Активность Городского Населения Как Фактор Эффективного Функционирования Региональной Экономики

Abstract

За относительно короткий срок нужно осуществить значительный прыжок в инновационном развитии экономики городов России. Многое предпринимается. Аналитики агентства 2thinknow составили рейтинг инновационных городов мира. В топ-100 на 74-м месте находится Москва, на 84-м Санкт-Петербург. Еще отмечены восемнадцать наших городов, которые разместились ниже. Важным является и ослабление действия дестимулирующих факторов. Главными проблемами современной идеологии управления экономикой страны являются: вовлечение в инновационно-инвестиционную деятельность всего населения. Инновационная активность отдельных граждан и уровень управления развитием инновационной активности городского населения является неотъемлемой частью эффективного функционирования экономики. Она определяется факторами его развития, характером и объёмами инвестирования. Через стимулирование накопления капиталов, в том числе сбережений населения, инвестиций, инноваций, активного участия населения, молодёжи, работников предприятий и организаций повышается рейтинг региона (города)
