Abstract

В статье описаны возможности трансформации организационной структуры юридической службы в коммерческом банке с помощью централизации функций правовой поддержки. Рассмотрен опыт отечественного банка в этом направлении, а также причины, подтолкнувшие банк к трансформации структуры юридической службы, проблемы, с которыми организация столкнулась в ходе реализации изменений, определены преимущества централизации функций юридической службы в банке.
