Abstract

В статье дается обзор нестандартного подхода к стратегическому управлению, который не только учитывает внутренние условия реализации стратегии, но и предугадывает возможные действия конкурентов на целевых рынках. В рамках данного подхода представлена историческая ретроспектива и предложены пути дальнейшего развития методологии в рамках российского рынка.
