Abstract

Мировые экономические кризисы начала XXI века ознаменовали собой начало перехода экономики и общества в целом к новому типу экономического и общественного развития. Данным типом развития становится постиндустриальное общество и, как следствие, постиндустриальная экономика. Изменения в экономике и обществе меняют структуру конкурентной борьбы. В новых условиях эффект масштаба отходит на второй план. Главным факторам, определяющим успех предприятия, становится скорость разработки, принятия и реализации инновационных решений, а управленческий проект выступает основным управленческим инструментом.
