Abstract

Авторы определяют понятие «правовой контроль» и его виды в системе понятий (надзор, оценивание правового регулирования, мониторинг, экспертиза), рассматривают правовой мониторинг как вид правового контроля, в том числе на примере мониторинга муниципальных правовых актов и федерального регистра муниципальных нормативных правовых актов.
