Abstract

The article deals with the concept of innovation management at the enterprises of housing and communal services, which is based on the principles of business partnership between the main actors of organizational-administrative relations: representatives of business, government and society. Analysis of the innovative development of russian housing allows to note that in today's globalized development without the formation of a competent system of interaction between civil society, business and government on principles of business-partnership, it is impossible to give a new boost to the economy.
