Abstract

Современная парадигма российской пенсионной системы базируется на патерналистском подходе, который предполагает пассивное поведение основной части трудоспособных граждан в отношении обеспечения собственной старости. Раскрываются условия, возможности и положительные моменты перехода к новой парадигме построения пенсионной системы, основанной на активной модели поведения граждан.
