Иммиграция В Россию: Новые Тенденции Xxi Века

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы иммиграции в Российскую Федерацию иностранной рабочей силы, прежде всего из стран постсоветского пространства, на фоне аналогичного явления в странах Европейского союза. Автор связывает проблему потребностей национальных рынков труда в специалистах из других стран с демографическим постарением населения и с уменьшением численности населения в ряде развитых стран в результате отрицательного естественного прироста. Подробно проанализирована структура миграционных потоков в Россию из ряда стран, показаны крупные сдвиги в структуре внешней миграции в Россию. Рассмотрена структура занятости иммигрантов и дан анализ качества их квалификации. Быстрые сдвиги потоков в пользу трех стран Центральной Азии при практически отсутствующем обмене рабочей силой со странами членами Евразийского экономического союза ставят перед этим интеграционным объединением и особенно Россией серьезные и трудновыполнимые задачи. Без их решения эффективность интеграции ставится под сомнение.
