Незаконная Миграция - Угроза Национальной Безопасности

Abstract

Авторы на основе изучения геополитической обстановки анализируют причины и прогнозируют дальнейшие последствия незаконной миграции как в ЕС, так и в Российской Федерации. При этом, учитывая тенденции и динамику негативных миграционных процессов, происходящих за пределами территории России, авторы отмечают, что рассмотрение вопросов нежелательных миграций внутри страны в контексте национальной безопасности через призму обеспечения территориальной целостности и суверенитета нашего государства гипотетически еще можно «отложить» на некоторое время. Однако внешние миграционные процессы, участниками которых являются россияне, связанные с деятельностью террористической группировки ИГИЛ, объективно требуют не просто обсуждения, а адекватной реакции законодателя. В связи с этим приводится аргументация целесообразности рассмотрения вопроса о законодательном ограничении нежелательных миграций не только в Российской Федерации, но и в государствах участниках ОДКБ.
