Брикс. Достижения И Задачи Нового Этапа

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу деятельности группы пяти стран Бразилии, России, Китая, Индии и ЮжноАфриканской Республики (БРИКС). БРИКС объединяет очень влиятельные государства, можно даже сказать пять цивилизаций, одни из основных в этом мире, а это более 43% населения, более 20% мирового валового внутреннего продукта. Чем занимается БРИКС? Какие можно отметить достижения или промахи? Не секрет, что сейчас у БРИКС непростые времена. Обоснованный расчет на БРИКС как на новое звено глобального регулирования требует институционализации (в той или иной форме), хотя бы с той целью, чтобы взаимодействовать с другими международными структурами высокого уровня, включенными в сферу глобального регулирования.
