Покупательная Способность Потребителей На Российском Ит-Рынке Услуг

Abstract

В статье проведен анализ покупательной способности потребителей на российском рынке ИТ-услуг. В качестве количественной меры выбран индекс потребительской уверенности. По результатам проведенных исследований выявлены факторы, влияющие на индекс потребительской уверенности. К их числу относятся: средняя процентная ставка по кредитам, которая при повышении понижает склонность потребителей к потреблению ИТ-услуг, а также денежные доходы на душу населения, при росте которых возрастает потребление. Полученные по моделям результаты совпали с эмпирическими данными на рынке потребления ИТ-услуг, что подтверждает значимость применения математического инструментария для анализа и прогнозирования.
