Abstract

Проводимые реформы затрагивают все стороны отечественной системы образования: модернизируется содержание учебных программ и оценка качества образования, изменяется форма организации учебного процесса и система финансового обеспечения. На данном этапе Министерство образования и науки не предлагает готовую программу реформ, а стремится интегрировать мнения разных участников образовательного рынка: представителей научно-педагогического сообщества, работодателей и самих учащихся. Вопросы модернизации были темой ряда бесед с первым проректором Финансовой академии при Правительстве РФ д.э.н., проф. М.А. Эскиндаровым.
