Стратегический Анализ Внешней Среды Функционирования Предприятия

Abstract

В данной статье представлены результаты исследований по совершенствованию методического подхода к стратегическому анализу внешней среды функционирования предприятия. Идея предложения автора состоит в органическом объединении подхода И. Ансоффа относительно стратегической сегментации среды и отраслевого анализа М. Портера и экспертного опроса для получения количественных оценок качественных характеристик отрасли. Предлагаемый методический подход предполагает: выделение стратегических зон хозяйствования, определение их положения в отрасли своего функционирования, определение привлекательности стратегических зон хозяйствования, выделение стратегических единиц бизнеса и определение их положения в отрасли своего функционирования. Он позволяет определять стратегическое положение бизнеса во внешней среде.
