Вопросы Труда И Занятости В Странах «Группы Двадцати»

Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам труда и занятости в странах «Группы двадцати», рассмотренным через призму обсуждений и дискуссий состоявшихся в 2013 г. в международной целевой группе по занятости в рамках подготовки встречи лидеров стран «Группы двадцати». Представлен обзор состояния рынков труда этих стран; приоритетных задач, стоящих перед всеми странами «Группы двадцати»; рекомендаций министров труда и занятости и обязательств, взятых на себя лидерами стран «Группы двадцати» по повышению занятости и обеспечению устойчивого экономического роста. Особое внимание уделено вопросам мониторинга и прогнозным оценкам развития рынков труда. Автор делает вывод о необходимости уже сегодня учитывать новые демографические реалии в формировании политики занятости стран «Группы двадцати» с тем, чтобы избежать провалов рынков труда в перспективе.
