Abstract

Статья посвящена специфическим вопросам применения концессионных соглашениях, используемых при освоении углеводородов. Рассматриваются преимущества и недостатки основных форм лицензионных соглашений и соглашений о разделе продукции, которые имеют большое значение для обеспечения благоприятных инвестиционных условий.
