Согласование Спроса На Рабочую Силу И Ее Предложения На Региональных Рынках Труда: Опыт Анализа И Моделирования

Abstract

Обсуждается необходимость учета фактора движения рабочей силы при анализе и прогнозировании динамики российского рынка труда. Анализируются особенности движения работников по регионам РФ. Приведены актуализированные оценки региональной структурной безработицы. На основе многосекторной модели согласования спроса на рабочую силу и ее предложения рассматриваются особенности этого процесса в регионах РФ. Приводятся оценки перспективной динамики занятости по регионам РФ.
