Хозяйства Населения Как Фактор Современной Системы Обеспечения Продовольствием

Abstract

В связи с большой ролью хозяйств населения, в том числе личные подсобные хозяйства, в обеспечении продовольствием, рассмотрены возможности их дальнейшего развития и более эффективной работы. Представлен ряд региональных программ по развитию ЛПХ и указана необходимость их обобщения, анализа и внедрения наиболее успешных разработок. Авторы не разделяют точку зрения форсированного перевода законодательными актами ЛПХ в крестьянские (фермерские) хозяйства, так как это будет способствовать снижению производства отечественного продовольствия.
