Финансирование Экономического Развития Без Ссудного Процента

Abstract

Предметом исследования является возможность финансирования без ссудного процента. Цель работы определить преимущества и недостатки основных путей отхода от взимания ссудного процента. В статье проведен анализ радикального и умеренных методов преобразования системы финансирования на основе ссудного процента. Кардинальное изменение существующего денежного обращения возможно при использовании концепции «свободных денег» С. Гезелля. К умеренным методам отнесены корректировка банковской деятельности на основе исламских и православных принципов, а также развитие небанковского финансирования на основе кредитной кооперации, венчурных и государственных фондов, а также краудфандинга. Сделан вывод о невозможности применения марочных денег С. Гезелля на макроуровне и устранения ссудного процента в системе исламского и православного банкинга, о необходимости дальнейшего развития кредитной кооперации и других форм небанковского финансирования для замены банковского кредитования.
