Государственное Стимулирование Модернизации На Основе «Зеленых» Технологий Как Ответ На Вызовы Российской Экономике

Abstract

Предметом исследования являются управленческие отношения, возникающие между государством и бизнесом на современном этапе развития. Актуальность темы обосновывается тем, что государственное управленческое воздействие рассматривается в рамках анализа факторов, принуждающих национальные правительства активизировать действия по переходу от классической экономики к «зеленой» экономике. Цель статьи раскрыть сущность прогнозируемых изменений в структуре национальных экономик и национального регулирования инвестиций, которые должны реализоваться в среднесрочной перспективе под влиянием нового («зеленого») тренда в глобальном управлении экономическими и финансовыми процессами.Результаты исследования доказывают, что для переориентации национального хозяйства на «зеленую» модель роста необходимо интегрировать принципы «зеленой» экономики в систему государственного и корпоративного управления экономическими и финансовыми процессами.
