Стратегический Контроль Как Метод Стратегического Планирования

Abstract

В статье рассматривается сущность концепции стратегического контроля в компании. Автор показывает историческую обусловленность появления формальных систем управленческого контроля, в том числе стратегического контроля. Рассматриваются предмет стратегического контроля бизнес-модель, основные возможности, стратегические инициативы, система мотивации руководителей на достижение стратегических целей, корпоративная культура, факторы внешней среды. В статье аргументируется, что стратегический контроль важен не только как оценка реализации стратегии развития компании. Мероприятия по стратегическому контролю помогают понять сущность бизнеса, его проблемы и трудности. Стратегический контроль, в отличие от оперативного контроля, дает возможность обратной связи на основе не выручки, чистой прибыли, количества клиентов и т.д., а внешних и внутренних факторов, влияющих на бизнес в целом.
