Abstract

Экзистенциальный анализ структуры налоговых органов имеет существенное значение для определения стратегии совершенствования налоговой системы, при этом следует отметить, что перманентное выполнение налоговыми органами фискальных функций обуславливает необходимость наличия их иерархически соподчиненной структуры. Таким образом, научно-практическая публикация посвящена анализу актуальных современных публично-правовых вопросов, в том числе в связи с тем, что разрешение проблем в сфере функционирования структуры налоговых органов России представляется весьма важной административно-правовой задачей.
