Abstract

Для реализации права на юридическую помощь осужденным к лишению свободы в соответствии с уголовно-исполнительным законодательством предоставляются свидания с адвокатом или иными лицами, имеющими право на оказание юридической помощи, а также право на переписку и телефонные разговоры. Как показывает анализ существующей судебной практики, понадобился довольно долгий отрезок времени для выявления и устранения имевшихся нарушений прав и свобод осужденных.For the realization of the right to legal assistance sentenced to imprisonment in accordance with the penal law are allowed to have a lawyer or other persons entitled to legal assistance and the right to correspondence and telephone conversations. As shows the analysis of the existing judicial practice, it took quite a long period of time to identify and correct existing violations of the rights and freedoms of prisoners.
