Правовые Условия Инвестиций В Экономике Нововведений

Abstract

Показаны особенности инновационной экономики. Предложена концепция реальных экономических циклов, включая инновационный, и исходя из нее выведены типы экономик, образующиеся на основе реальных циклов. Представлен опыт США по правовым мерам создания инновационной экономики. Предлагается создать в России научно-инженерно-технолого-математическую образовательную коалицию по типу американской коалиции STEM, урегулировав законом ее статус как государственно-общественного объединения, участвующего в выработке предметной политики для средней и высшей школ, послевузовского образования, экспертизы научных трудов и диссертаций.
