Правовой Нигилизм - Препятствие В Борьбе С Коррупцией В Системе Государственной Службы

Abstract

В свете реформ в области профилактики и противодействия коррупции по-прежнему остается актуальным вопрос о качественном изменении правосознания российского общества. Частью этого общества являются отдельные личности, отправляющие посредством своих функций властные полномочия от имени государства. Государственные служащие составляют стабильно высокий процент среди субъектов коррупционных преступлений. Ужесточение уголовного наказания, наложение запретов и ограничений со стороны государства, к сожалению, очень мало влияют на отказ государственных служащих от коррупционных схем. Среди причин, способствующих распространению коррупции в системе государственной службы, многие ученые и политики называют правовой нигилизм российского общества в целом
