Abstract

Качество человеческого капитала является определяющим условием экономического и социального развития России, поэтому проблемы воспроизводства и развития человеческого капитала останутся в ближайшем будущем наиболее важными, имеющими решающее значение для российской экономики. В статье выявлен и проанализирован ряд негативных факторов, влияющих на процессы воспроизводства человеческого капитала, определены актуальные направления государственной политики в социально-трудовой сфере.
