Устойчивое Развитие Региона Как Предмет Исследования

Abstract

Обоснована необходимость влияния на регион как систему с целью активизации региональных потенциальных возможностей посредством комплекса мероприятий стимулирующего характера региональных систем в социальном, экологическом и экономическом направлениях. Исследовано содержание устойчивого развития региональной системы как объекта стимулирования. Определены основные признаки устойчивого развития региональной социо-эколого-экономической (СЭЭ) системы, т.е. характерные свойства региона, свидетельствующие о достижении региональной СЭЭ системой устойчивости. Выделены основные принципы устойчивого развития региона как системы, к которой необходимо применять стимулирующие инструменты.
