Финансовый Кризис: Эффективность Антикризисных Мер

Abstract

Ведется широкая полемика о возможности второй волны финансового кризиса в России, о целесообразности создания агентства по скупке «плохих» долгов, об излишней «накачке» ликвидностью банковской системы и по многим другим вопросам. Высказать свое профессиональное мнение по этим вопросам редакция журнала пригласила Муры-чева Александра Васильевича, первого исполнительного вице-президента РСПП Мировой финансовый кризис, прокатившись по США и Европе, «неожиданно» добрался и до России. Были ли использованы все возможности для подготовки антикризисных действий в нашей стране? Насколько эффективны принимаемые меры и есть ли резервы? Ведется широкая полемика о возможности второй волны финансового кризиса в России, о целесообразности создания агентства по скупке «плохих» долгов, об излишней «накачке» ликвидностью банковской системы и по многим другим вопросам.
