Abstract

Деятельность любой компании, как известно, зависит не только от правильно выбранной стратегии, компетентного руководства, наличия ценных ресурсов и рынков сбыта. Успешное развитие любого бизнеса невозможно без доступа к инвестиционному капиталу. И здесь очень важно понимать, что инвесторы не станут вкладывать значительные средства в компанию, не имеющую эффективной системы управления и контроля за ее деятельностью.
